Back at WW this week and I sure did have a great Christmas/holidays with a gain of 3.4 on the scales. In all honesty I knew I had gained from how my clothes were fitting, just a bit snug and I dont want to start going down that path again, so I am back into it with enthusiasn and deterination to succeed.
What am I going to do??
- Exercise (at least 3 times a week) and try and include every day exercise e.g parking away from the shops to make me walk etc
- Track - yes I hate tracking but it does work
- Drink lots of water
- Stay positive, dont beat myself up if I slip up
Being back at work does make it easier to stick to a plan, and this week my 15 year old son came down with chicken pox so I haven't had a chance to snack.
Here is to a positive week!
