Monday - exercise plan for the week

I can't believe it is November already, it will be Christmas before we know it.  I have been back on track, my daughter Sarah took me off to the gym on Sat, it nearly killed me lol after not exercising for almost 2 weeks it was a killer.  Then Sunday I had another date with Sarah and the gym, now yesterday I only managed 6 minutes on the cross trainer, Sunday I couldnt manage 3 minutes, my legs were killing me and my heart was going all funny and I felt faint, so I did 30 minutes on the bike instead.
Today after work I took myself off to the gym, did 30 treadmill, 30 bike and 5 minutes cross trainer (its still a killer)
Its so easy to get out of the habit of exercising and it takes a while to get back into it, sore muslces and aches and pains, boy I'm sounding old now.  I ache if I go to the gym and I ache if I dont go, so I may as well go and enjoy the high that you get for 24 hours after exercising.
My plan for this week is, rest day tomorrow, my son is turning 20 so we have a birthday dinner set for him, tacos yummm love em.
Wed is ww then I go off to the gym after that, hopefully gym on thur and fri.  Boy thats a big commitment but I will try and keep it because I want at least 5 kilo gone by christmas.
